The feeling while we explored : articulation, starting at the feet. moving to the ankles, then to the knees, hips, lower spine, middle spine, upper spine and the chest, the back of your neck, the top of the skull, the shoulder blades, to the elbow, wrist and the finger.
The break down of the simple movements intrigued me. as we started i assumed it would be challenging to move all those body parts at the same time.
As we came to the end of the exercise i had found a true love in the way my body was moving Articulating ever beat in the music. Turning into fluid articulation just surpassed my expectation.
I decided i wanted to explore this more
