N.S African Experience

University of Ghana; Legon I am really enjoying this experience and it was well needed to get me back into the right frame of mind. The movement vocabulary is so different to what i am used to witnessing and participating in.The dancing is intense and im finding myself using body parts that are out of the norm. The movements that i am exploring are traditional Ghanaian dance and African contemporary dance. which both keep me stimulated
